Senior Test Strategist

Many of our clients are going through technology shifts and are asking themselves how to work with QA when tools and technologies change, and as AI increasingly enters various roles, including the QA role. If you have extensive experience of testing and QA, hands-on technical experience of test automation, as well as the ability to lead and ideas about how organisations can take the next step, this could be the role for you!

Senior Test Strategist

Our Quality & Test unit in Gothenburg now needs to strengthen the team with more test strategists!

You have experience of leading and being responsible for larger or smaller test projects. You have several years of experience in test strategy, test planning and test reporting, and you drive test automation, CI/CD and DevOps forward, including with regard to non-functional requirements. You have understanding, knowledge and, above all, curiosity about various test tools and test methods, and how they can be used effectively. In your role as test lead, QA or test strategist, you have knowledge of how testing work needs to be carried out in various subareas such as integration testing, performance testing, mobile application testing and end-to-end testing.

You are also curious and have experience of how AI can be used in quality work, both in the form of AI-driven tools and how various LLMs can make everyday testing work more efficient.
