Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO)
Join the executive committee of one of our strategic Business Units.
As Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO), you will work closely with the BU management and the Orisha Group.
Your responsibilities
Define the strategic vision: You design and execute the BU's product and technology strategy, in full alignment with the group's business ambitions and the expectations of our clients in international markets.
Lead the modernisation of the architecture: You drive the unification of our platform towards a cloud-native, API-first and scalable architecture. Your objective: support our strong European expansion, absorb growing load and integrate regulatory diversity.
Structure management & excellence: You organise and grow our product and engineering teams spread across several sites. You establish common technology standards and processes to greatly improve quality, performance and delivery capacity.
Support external growth (M&A): As a true partner in growth operations, you get involved from technical due diligence through to post-acquisition integration. You build a unified technology foundation across the different entities acquired by the BU.
Drive innovation through data & AI: You harness the full potential of data and artificial intelligence to enrich our solutions with new personalisation, automation and intelligent management features.
In this role, you will lead a pilot project to rebuild one of our products through an AI modernisation factory.
Who are you?
Holding a higher education degree (engineering school or equivalent), you have significant experience as a technical and product leader (CTPO, CTO, or CPO).
You have a proven track record in a complex multi-product software environment (SaaS, ERP, CRM...),
An experienced manager, you know how to unite, structure and develop large technical teams dispersed geographically.
Your leadership, communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders are recognised by all.
You speak and write English fluently, an essential skill for working in our international ecosystem.
