What do we value?

• University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration or similar.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology consulting and at least 5 years in the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Experience leading migration projects to Atlassian Cloud of medium-high complexity.

• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools and the Cloud environment.

• Experience in DevOps environments, CI/CD and tool integration.

• Knowledge of ITSM, agile methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe or PMI.

• Experience in international projects and leading workshops.

• High level of English.
  

What would your responsibilities be?

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level profiles (CIO, CTO, COO) on the evolution of their work platforms and software delivery.

• Define roadmaps for the adoption and evolution of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, among others).

• Design and lead migration strategies to Atlassian Cloud, from Server/Data Center environments, minimising operational impact.

• Recommend good practices in DevOps, CI/CD and agile culture, connecting technology with business impact.

• Lead analysis sessions with key teams to understand workflows and areas for improvement.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Atlassian consultants, DevOps, cloud, ITSM/agile).

• Plan projects, manage risks and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Manage international projects and technical communication with stakeholders in English.

• Drive business development: identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and taking part in demos.

• Build strategic relationships with clients and technology partners.

• Prepare ROI and 3-year TCO analyses, supporting decision-making.
