Our assignments are most often run as projects and range from feasibility studies to larger programmes running over several years. We work with industrial clients across the country, which means that travel may be part of the role.

About the role
As a senior management consultant, you help our clients drive change and development within operations and digitalisation. You work on assignments that span from feasibility studies and strategy to operational development and implementation of digital solutions.

You often have a leading role, for example as project or programme manager, product owner or adviser to management and steering groups. The role involves close collaboration with the client and clear responsibility for creating structure, progress and results.

With us, you work broadly - from early dialogue and quotation to implementation and further development. We are looking for you who are self-driven, analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to build trust and create value in close client collaboration.

You are a clear communicator who can turn complex questions into decision support and recommendations for both operational teams and management groups.

Who are you?

You thrive in a role where you combine analysis, change management and operational development with close client dialogue. You have a strong commercial drive, build trusting relationships and see opportunities to develop both client collaborations and business.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 10 years of experience in operational development and change work within industry

• Experience of running projects or initiatives within digital transformation or related areas

• A good understanding of the industrial value chain, from product development to aftermarket

• Experience of leading projects, programmes or other change initiatives

• Strong communication skills and experience of working closely with management and key stakeholders

• Commercial drive and the ability to build relationships and develop client assignments

• A Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent

• Very good command of Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious experience:

• Experience of the consulting role

• Feasibility studies, workshop facilitation and analytical work

• Digitalisation projects in larger organisations

• Agile ways of working

• PLM, product information or related areas

• An established network within industry and experience of initiating new business opportunities
