Java Technical Lead (100% Remote)

Through this opportunity you will take on a Technical Lead Java role for an important client. You will be part of a cross-functional team expert in Java for one of its areas, carrying out different initiatives within the area.

What will your mission be?

You will provide technical advice to other teams in the area.

You will help with project kick-offs when defining the technical scope of the project.

You will develop small innovation initiatives, or proofs of concept, before fully productionising them.

To make the match...

- Proven experience with Kafka.

- Experience developing with Java from version 11-17 onwards.

- Experience with the Spring framework and its modules.

- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases at a high level (scalar functions, query optimisation)

- Experience or knowledge of hexagonal architecture, microservices.

- Experience in continuous integration.

- Experience with API Gateway

- Experience working with monitoring tools such as Grafana.

- Experience in unit and integration testing.

- Good practices; SOLID principles and Clean Code.

- Experience with OpenAPI/API First.

- Desirable knowledge of AI tools to support development.

Work with us on a 100% remote basis with a permanent contract.

Hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (flexible) Monday to Thursday and 8:00 to 15:00 on Friday, plus Summer Intensive in July and August from 8:00 to 15:00.
