Smart IT Conseil is recruiting a mobile fleet coordinator to strengthen its teams. The position is based in Paris 13e.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate the management of the mobile terminal fleet and telephone lines.
Track requests, incidents and fleet management operations in ServiceNow.
Monitor billing, consolidate indicators and produce fleet reporting.
Support users and coordinate the contacts responsible for support and operations.
Your profile
You have at least 9 years of professional experience after graduation in this field. Internships and work-study placements do not count towards this duration.
You are proficient in particular with: ServiceNow; ATEM or an equivalent tool; MDM solutions; mobile fleet and telephony management; reporting.
You are comfortable with team coordination, request tracking and user relations.
You know how to work as part of a team, analyse needs and propose pragmatic solutions.
Position details
Position based in Paris 13e. On-site presence three days per week.
Remuneration
Between 36.8 and 46 k€ gross per year, depending on your experience and expertise.
