Workplace Expert / Workplace Engineer

As part of our growth, and to meet the specific needs of one of our clients, we are looking for a Workplace Expert / Workplace Engineer for a strategic assignment.

As Workplace Expert, you will ensure the operational maintenance, evolution and technical expertise of the Workplace environment.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) of infrastructure and services related to the workplace.

• Administer and develop the Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and MDT environments.

• Take part in managing the Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.

• Manage the deployment, packaging, imaging and mastering of workstations processes.

• Administer and maintain the Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP components associated with the Workplace environment.

• Provide level 3 technical support and handle complex incidents.

• Analyse the technical impacts of changes and define the rollback plans.

• Prepare and present technical changes as part of the CAB / Change Management processes.

• Take part in monitoring infrastructure projects that impact the workplace environment.

• Maintain and develop VPN, Proxy, Firewall, Wi-Fi / Radius and certificate solutions.

• Take part in the administration and monitoring of Endpoint security solutions: SEP, DLP, antivirus and security policies.

• Maintain, develop and create PowerShell scripts for automating operations.

• Take part in the integration and operation of Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

• Analyse the interactions between the different components of the Workplace ecosystem and cross-functional infrastructures.

• Produce and maintain procedures, technical architecture documents (DAT), operating documentation and technical documents.

• Provide regular reporting on activities, incidents, projects and ongoing actions to management.
