  • Identify cross-selling potential and actively drive it forward to increase the growth of your accounts
  • Conduct negotiations confidently and draw up, follow through and reliably close contracts
  • Analyse customer and business metrics (MRR, KPIs), recognise developments early and derive concrete measures from them
  • Work closely with Sales, Deployment and Technical Project Management internally to solve challenges quickly and advance customer success together
Your profile
Are you firmly convinced that you bring exactly what the position requires? Then we encourage you to apply. Even if you do not meet every requirement, you may be exactly the right future Doctoliber for this or another position!

  • Teamwork and reliability: You work constructively with internal stakeholders and are an honest, motivated and persistent point of contact
  • Tech affinity: You approach digital products and technical topics openly and with curiosity, and you quickly find your way around a SaaS environment
  • Language skills: German at C1 level and good English skills
We are also particularly interested in:
  • Experience in healthcare or the hospital environment
