As AI Innovation Lead, you will be the central driving force of ideas for the entire Lenze Group. You will shape the innovative future of our company.

Building something new from scratch: You help shape the AI competence centre of the Lenze Group from the very beginning. At the same time, you develop AI products and prototypes and build a strong innovation network.
An interdisciplinary environment: You work together with AI developers, innovation managers, UX designers and software developers, complemented by universities, start-ups and industrial partners.

Visibility well beyond your own team: You are the point of contact for colleagues, managers and subject-matter experts across the entire Lenze Group whenever AI is concerned.

What you bring:
You understand AI in depth. You know the principles behind modern AI systems, follow developments in research and industry, and recognise early which technologies have the potential to fundamentally change products, processes and business models. You can distinguish genuine opportunities from hype and derive concrete innovations from technological possibilities.
You have solid experience in software engineering and system architecture and have successfully taken complex systems from conception through to productive operation.
You enjoy inspiring people about AI. You bring together people from IT, business, design and research and create something new with them.
You take responsibility. Not as a title, but as a way of working. You want to shape things, make decisions and move things forward.
In everyday team life we speak German. Ideally, however, you are not afraid of speaking and writing English as well.
Last but not least, you have the courage for new paths, honest discussions, experiments and insights that make a difference.
