HR Director
Would you like to lead the HR agenda in a listed Danish group and take a central role in bringing the organisation together across strong brands?Developing TCM Group's HR functionAs HR Director at TCM Group, you will have overall responsibility for building a strong HR function and will play a central role in the continued development and integration of the group.
Together with a strong HR team of three dedicated employees, you will be responsible for developing and executing an HR strategy that supports TCM Group's business strategy, growth ambitions and organisational transformation.
A key task will be to drive the HR agenda in the ambition of creating one unified company across brands and organisational units.
You will also be responsible for strengthening the company's offering of education, training and e-learning for all employees, including employees in the stores.
The role thus combines strategic HR leadership and transformation with a strong execution task.
The HR Director will report to the company's CEO and become a member of the company's Leadership Team.
Your qualifications
You have a relevant higher education, broad and solid HR experience and leadership experience. You have worked with both strategic and operational HR and have experience from a manufacturing company as well as with training employees in retail.
As a person, you are strategic and business-oriented, yet also proactive and execution-focused. You have drive, work in a structured way and are able to build relationships and followership across the organisation. As a leader, you are inspiring, coaching and development-oriented.
Specifically, we expect that you:
Have a well-stocked toolkit within the HR area
Have experience from a manufacturing company
Have experience training employees in retail
Have leadership experience
Have a commercial mindset
Work in a structured, systematic and detail-oriented way
Are self-driven and have a hands-on approach to tasks
Have good communication skills and show a proactive and positive attitude.
You live within commuting distance of Tvis/Aulum.
