Senior Data Analyst

The Position

Ready to build and scale? At A11 we believe that execution matters more than theory. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our Analytics team at A11.

The goal of our daily work is to create value from data for our partners and clients. In this role you will support and advise external and internal stakeholders on all data-related topics.
Together with our Data Engineering team, you will help unlock these opportunities.

Be responsible for:

• Advising our clients on data initiatives: from identifying strategically relevant topics to operational implementation, for a data-driven understanding of the business
• Deriving recommendations for action and project plans from data, communicated convincingly to (senior) stakeholders on the client and internal side
• Coordination and technical guidance of Data Engineering & Science in data warehousing, ML and AI projects
• Further development of consistent tracking and data collection (client-side and server-side) as well as a unified, client-specific data infrastructure
• Provision and activation of data for business decisions in close collaboration with our clients

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in data analytics  - ideally in a dynamic environment, where a background in consulting or in an agency is an advantage
• A high level of emotional intelligence to build and maintain meaningful relationships with (senior) stakeholders
• Solid experience in at least one specialist data area (e.g. marketing analytics, product analytics, data governance, customer analytics)
• Proficient use of data analysis and modelling tools, including SQL / dbt  
• Expertise in at least one area of MDS: data collection (Google Tag Manager, Segment), data integration (Fivetran, Airbyte), databases (Snowflake, BigQuery), data modelling (dbt, DataForm) & activation (Looker, Metabase, PowerBI, Census)
• Fluency in German and English is a must
