What could you work on with us?

As an embedded developer at Ictech, you work with advanced software development in technically complex products and systems. Assignments can vary depending on your experience, what you are really good at and what you want to do more of.

• development in C and C++

• Embedded Linux and RTOS

• hardware-near software development

• system design and software architecture

• drivers, communication protocols and interfaces

• debugging, integration and verification

• technical choices from requirements and design to finished solution

You can work on assignments for our clients or together with colleagues on our own projects. What they have in common is that you get to work with technology where quality, problem-solving and technical depth matter.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have at least 7 years' experience of software development within embedded systems and feel confident in the role of senior developer.

You have been around for a while, have seen systems take shape and know that the best solution seldom is just about code. You like to understand why something works, what happens when it doesn't and how different parts affect each other.

We believe that you:

• have solid experience of embedded development, preferably in C or C++

• have worked on technically complex products or systems

• feel at home with Linux, Embedded Linux or RTOS

• can take technical responsibility from requirements and design to implementation and verification

• enjoy solving problems together with others and sharing your knowledge

• communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English

If you also have experience of, for example, Python, Yocto, Zephyr, AUTOSAR, communication protocols, functional safety or other hardware-near areas, that is a merit. But you don't need to know everything.
