Join the Group Product team at Orisha and lead the new growth phase of our Unified Commerce portfolio.

As Product Director - Unified Commerce, you will work closely with our CPTO (Chief Product & Technology Officer).

You will provide strategic leadership to the Product Management function across the entire Unified Commerce portfolio, ensuring that product investments support our business objectives, our customers' needs and market opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy : Define and drive the vision, overall strategy and roadmap of the Unified Commerce portfolio to maximise customer value and business performance.

• Product Operating Model & Governance : Continuously evolve Product Management practices across the BU in collaboration with Group teams (discovery, arbitration, prioritisation, outcome measurement and roadmap governance).

• Leadership & Coaching of the PM community : Without direct line authority, inspire, mentor and coach the Product Managers embedded in the Business Units, developing a product-led culture focused on data, experimentation and customer value.

• Alignment & Strategic Partnerships : Working closely with Engineering, Sales teams, Customer Success, Marketing and Executive Management, ensure product decisions are aligned with strategic priorities and executed smoothly across the organisation.

• Synergies, Platform & AI Innovation : Identify cross-product synergies, shared platform capabilities and AI-based innovation opportunities within the Unified Commerce portfolio.

Who are you?

• You have at least 12 years of experience in Product Management, with solid experience defining product strategy for complex B2B SaaS or Enterprise software.

• You have a proven track record of influencing and aligning a product organisation in a matrix structure, without direct reporting lines.

• You master the design and deployment of modern Product Management practices, Operating Models and governance frameworks.

• You have a demonstrated ability to work in close partnership with Engineering, Sales teams and Executive Management / C-Level.

• Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Passionate about product excellence, the development of PM talent and organisational transformation.

• You speak and write fluently in both French and English.
