We rely on a strong industrial approach, predominantly off-site, and manufacture the various components for the construction of the property projects we design in our 8 French factories distributed across the whole country, then assemble them on site.
Niwa, our Head Office, is located in Toulouse and we operate across the whole of France.
Position
Your mission…
As Business Manager Metalwork and Locksmithing, you will be attached to the Metalwork department of our GA Entreprise entity. You will work on sites based in France and may be required to travel.
You play an essential role in the design of metal structures and locksmithing elements; you propose technical solutions before ensuring the complete follow-up of projects.
You analyse tender documents;
You carry out technical studies and cost estimates;
You prepare quotes and commercial proposals;
You ensure the management and steering of works: financial management, monitoring of the schedule, technical and human supervision;
You take part in client and subcontractor relations.
These missions, which are not exhaustive, are carried out in compliance with deadline, quality and safety standards.
Candidate profile
You hold a Bac +3/+5 in civil engineering / metal construction?
You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, in industrial, tertiary and residential construction, new build or renovation?
You have solid knowledge of metal structures, cost estimating and site supervision?
You are rigorous, organised, with good interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset?
