Management Consultant - ERP Transformation

What we do within Transformation

Within Transformation we lead complex transformation projects linked to company-wide business solutions (ERP solutions) and take the driving role throughout the entire implementation. We create structure, secure momentum and ensure that strategic decisions do not stay on paper but are fully implemented and realised within the organisation.

We drive transformation initiatives from decision to established way of working. Often this means stepping into the customer's organisation and taking clear leadership responsibility. We structure the work, prioritise correctly, keep cross-functional teams together and ensure the change happens - even when it is complex, extensive or even uncomfortable. We are methodologically strong, but down-to-earth in our approach. Technology, systems and processes are important enablers, but never the goal in themselves. That is why we combine change management, process development, systems understanding and project management to create solutions that organisations are able to live with over time.

In the role with us

In the role of senior management consultant within ERP Transformation you will work as an adviser and help our customers get the greatest benefit from their investment. You will lead feasibility studies, procurements and implementation projects of ERP solutions. With your communicative ability and confidence in navigating between business and IT, as well as management and suppliers, you are the unifying link that keeps the project on course and ensures that it keeps moving forward.

Your areas of responsibility vary depending on the needs of the project and the composition of the team, but you always have an overall perspective and ensure that delivery takes place according to plan. Even though you work independently in the role, collaboration, humility and entrepreneurial drive are a natural part of everyday life. We see that you have

• At least 8 years of experience working with implementation of business solutions/ERP solutions (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite, IFS, SalesForce among others). Alternatively, experience of similar assignments, for example project leader, programme lead, transformation manager or another relevant role within larger system and business implementations

• At least 3 years of experience working as a management consultant

• Have held project leadership responsibility

• Competence in project methodology (e.g. Projektil, PPS) and methodology around process modelling, requirements, testing and change management

• Understanding of and interest in both business processes and system solutions

• Relevant academic degree, such as Master of Engineering or Master of Economics

• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
