Maintenance Works Supervisors (Delegates)

ISS International S.p.A. is recruiting three (3) Maintenance Works Supervisors (Delegates) for a leading production site in the Brindisi area

The resources will supervise that the execution of the works entrusted by the Client complies with the defined work schedule and the regulations on safety, health and environment; each for the following areas of intervention:

• Mechanical

• Civil

• Electro-instrumentation

Main responsibilities:

• Site control and monitoring: Oversee compliance with project timelines and the correct application of regulations.

• Reporting and communication: Keep the Client's contact informed on the progress of activities, promptly flagging technical issues or unforeseen events that could slow down the plans.

• SAL and variations management: Prepare the Progress Reports (Stati di Avanzamento Lavori) and plan corrective actions or strategic changes in case of delays or deviations from the budget.

• Process optimisation: Suggest improving and efficient solutions regarding materials, operating methodologies, equipment and inventory management.

• Accounting and contractual verification: Monitor the compliance of accounting documents by carrying out quality and quantity checks together with the contracting companies, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.

Key requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in the maintenance of Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas plants, or similar

• At least 5 years of supervision, planning and control of projects for maintenance relevant to the specific discipline area

• It will be necessary to have held a supervisory role on the client side

• Good knowledge of the SAP system and other applications for managing maintenance activities

Position details

• Place of work: Brindisi

• Expected start: 01/01/2027

• Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension

• Working hours: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week

• Contract type: fixed-term employment with ISS International S.p.A.

• Applied collective agreement: Cisal Terziario Commercio

• Expected salary range: indicative gross annual salary between €30,000 and €35,000, defined on the basis of experience, skills and applicable classification, according to objective criteria neutral with respect to gender.

• Additional economic treatments (Superminimo, etc...): will be assessed according to the professional profile, experience and the specific conditions applicable to the project.

• Meals, accommodation and transport: are not provided and remain the responsibility of the resource. Allowances will be provided according to the candidate's needs.
