AI Technical Lead & Evangelist (.NET background) (Hybrid Madrid)

Are you interested in building an AI platform from scratch that will transform the way a leading company develops software?

We are looking for a Technical Lead IA with a .NET background to take part in building an Artificial Intelligence agent platform designed to help technology teams work more efficiently, consistently and in line with the standards of an important client company.

We are not looking solely for a technical expert. We want to bring in a person capable of combining architecture, leadership, methodology and technology evangelism to become a reference point within the organisation.

Hybrid working in central Madrid is essential: 2 days per week in the office.

Tasks:

You will be one of the key figures in defining and building this platform, contributing both to the technological design of the platform and to the adoption of new AI-supported ways of working within the development teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and evolving architectures based on AI agents.

• Taking part in the design of a corporate artificial intelligence platform.

• Establishing good practices, standards and AI governance mechanisms.

• Defining guardrails for the safe and responsible use of AI-based solutions.

• Supporting development teams in adopting the new operating model.

• Driving methodologies focused on quality, testing, continuous delivery and AI-assisted development.

• Acting as a technical reference point and evangelist within the organisation.

• Connecting the technology vision with the real needs of the business.

To be a match...

• Experience leading complex technology initiatives.

• Knowledge of generative AI architectures and agent-based systems.

• Desirable experience with the Microsoft ecosystem:

  • Microsoft Copilot

  • Azure AI Services

  • Azure OpenAI

• Knowledge of integrating data and corporate knowledge sources.

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Experience in platform design, scalable architectures and service integration.

• Knowledge of governance, security and AI adoption practices.
