THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Strategic advice to managers at the Eat Happy headquarters in Cologne and the regional management teams across Germany on topics such as workforce planning, employee development, performance management and succession planning

• Support in designing change management processes and developing the corporate culture

• Proactive guidance and support for managers on employment law and personnel matters

• Moderating conflicts and supporting the search for solutions

• Carrying out pulse surveys, developing incentive programmes and benefits to increase employee satisfaction

• Advising on the development of individual career opportunities and the expansion of managers' leadership skills

• Identifying talent and implementing tailored development programmes with People Development

• Analysing HR metrics and producing regular reports to support decision-making at leadership level

• Collaborating with HR areas such as recruiting, payroll and personnel development

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:

• A completed degree or comparable training in human resources or a related field

• Several years of experience as a (Senior) HR Business Partner in a larger company, ideally with a decentralised organisation and commercial employees of many different nationalities

• Very good knowledge of employment law, people management, and personnel and organisational development

• Experience in implementing change processes

• Strategic and pragmatic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality

• Strong communication skills, empathy and intercultural competence

• Ability to coach managers and support them in leading their teams

• High resilience, initiative and flexibility

• Willingness to travel monthly to the regional offices in Germany
