At Stekz, we redesign the core operations of ambitious companies with our MyStekz platform. As a Business Architect, you are the bridge between the client's strategic vision and the technical realisation by our AI engineers.

You are not the person who merely monitors a planning. You are the architect who draws the blueprint for how a company can work more efficiently, more intelligently and more scalably. You understand complex business domains and translate them into logical models that form the foundation for our software solutions.

What will you do?

• Business Modelling & Analysis: You map current and desired business processes using BPMN. You identify bottlenecks and design new, optimised "Value Streams".

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD): You define the domains and subdomains that form the basis of the technical architecture.

• You challenge the management and stakeholders of our clients. You do not ask "what do you want to build?", but "which business problem are we fundamentally solving?".

• Together with the product team, you determine where AI agents and automation have the greatest impact within the process architecture.

• You translate functional needs into a solid information structure and ensure the solution aligns with the client's long-term strategy.

• You safeguard the integrity of the proposed solution during the build and ensure that business value always remains central.

Who are you?

• You get energy from abstract puzzles and can reduce complex matters to a clear process model.

• You have a background in Business Architecture, Information Management or a similar role at the intersection of Business & IT.

• Experience with BPMN and Domain-Driven Design is an absolute must for you. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks is a plus.

• You do not need to code, but you understand the possibilities of modern cloud architectures and AI technologies (such as LLMs and agentic workflows).

• You can talk about strategy at board level, but also with developers about data models.

• Fluent command of the Dutch and English languages, in speech and writing, is an absolute must.

• Living in the Netherlands.
