HPB | Het PR Bureau is looking for a Senior PR Adviser (he/she/they) for corporate clients such as Lloyds, itsme and De Baak (7+ years of relevant experience).

Wat ga je precies doen?

• Develop corporate PR and reputation strategies and translate them into concrete plans;

• Help organisations and executives sharpen their position and story;

• Translate social, media and reputational developments into opportunities and risks for clients;

• Reduce complex corporate issues to clear messaging and communication;

• Substantively lead large accounts and ensure strategy and execution align seamlessly;

• Together with our strategy and creative team, develop ideas that make corporate stories relevant and newsworthy;

• Coach, mentor and substantively strengthen Junior and Medior Advisers.
  
  You look ahead, see what is going on and know when a client should speak up, or precisely when not to. You think strategically, but stay close to the work: when needed, you dive into content and execution with the team just as readily.

Wat we zoeken

• You are a solid PR adviser with demonstrable 7+ years of PR experience (most of it on the agency side);

• You have demonstrable experience advising C-level executives, CEO profiling, stakeholder management and crisis communication;

• You come up with proposals for proactive PR campaigns based on current events, social trends and developments at your clients;

• You have leadership qualities and/or want to develop these further;

• You are a strong project manager, including budget management across various accounts;

• You maintain contact with financial, socially oriented and news journalists, and always find the right angle and tone;

• You have vision, but also enjoy rolling up your sleeves and diving into execution with the team when needed;

• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and are a star at writing catchy copy;

• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written, and are not afraid to give a presentation in English;

• You have experience with Teamleader Orbit (a plus);

• You are available for 32-40 hours per week.
