■Job Description
The PlayStation Online service has over 100 million active users worldwide. In an environment where we can directly feel user reactions, we challenge ourselves every day to further develop and deliver the best experience for users.

In this role, under the mission of making PlayStation the best and most secure gaming platform, you will carry out work that requires reliably meeting security needs while minimising the impact on the platform. You will maintain ongoing communication with various teams and support the planning, design, development, testing and management of security tools and processes that protect and provide visibility into cloud environments. The requirements are technical: you need to understand security principles and how they are applied in production environments.

[Main Responsibilities]
- Design, build and implement security controls and frameworks for the cloud infrastructure of the PlayStation Online service
- Be responsible for detecting security gaps and lead efforts to mature security tools and operational processes
- Work closely with product and platform teams to define system requirements, engineer, and implement cloud-based security applications and controls
- Design, develop and deploy automation solutions that support auditing, security protection and change implementation across multi-cloud environments
- Drive tools to improve platform availability using automated protection mechanisms
- Research and introduce new technologies, and collaboratively implement solutions
- Guide engineers around you towards better design choices for protecting the platform
- Become a security and privacy expert
- Apply DevSecOps processes and tools, and write code to automate security processes that integrate seamlessly into code build and deployment

■Organisation and Team Introduction
This is the engineering department responsible for planning, designing, developing and operating the PlayStation Online service.
We provide a wide range of services to consumers and game developers, covering platform services that make up the PlayStation lifecycle, from client software to game content distribution and sales functions, online gaming features, and social community features.
It is a workplace where technology, cost, efficiency and similar topics can be discussed openly, regardless of whether people are inside or outside the team. Many employees enjoy games given the nature of the work, and they have a strong attachment to PlayStation.

As this position's team needs close communication and collaboration with the US team, there are many opportunities to use English and to travel on business.
We look forward to hearing from passionate people who will further accelerate the success of PlayStation5 and open up the PlayStation business beyond it!
