Project Manager Java / J2EE - Expert

Today, as part of an application convergence programme at one of our clients, a major banking group, we are looking for a Java/J2EE Project Manager - Expert.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage the project as a whole and ensure its delivery within the agreed timescales, budget, quality standards and delivery commitments.

The position is based in Charenton-le-Pont, with possible travel to Champs-sur-Marne and on-site presence three days per week.

Your impact

• Manage the project from scoping through to production deployment;
• Build and monitor the schedule, milestones, workloads and deliverables;
• Coordinate the technical and functional teams and the various stakeholders;
• Supervise the work carried out on Java/J2EE environments;
• Manage the challenges of convergence and application integration;
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers;
• Define and monitor appropriate action plans;
• Organise and lead project committees and monitoring meetings;
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with requirements;
• Provide regular reporting to the Team Leader and governance bodies;
• Support the acceptance testing and deployment phases;
• Secure the go-live.

Your profile

You have proven experience in managing complex IT projects and a strong command of Java/J2EE environments and application architectures.

You know how to coordinate several teams and stakeholders simultaneously. You are proficient in traditional, agile or hybrid project management methods.

You are autonomous, rigorous and results-driven. Your leadership, ability to synthesise and sense of priorities enable you to move strategic projects forward in demanding environments.

Experience in application convergence, integration, IT production or in the banking and financial sector will be particularly valued.

Remuneration

Between €65,000 and €75,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, expertise and level of responsibility.
