Business Lead, B2C Broadband Business

We are looking for a commercially strong and results-driven Business Lead for DNA's consumer business for a fixed-term parental leave replacement of about 8-10 months. You will be responsible for a business entity with annual service revenue of about EUR 100 million and will directly influence its growth and competitiveness.

As Business Lead you will lead the commercial development of your area of responsibility. Your most important goal is growth of service revenue through the development of the customer base and average billing. You combine strategic thinking, commercial management and hands-on execution: you set the direction, make choices and also put them into practice together with the cross-functional business team.

Your most important areas of responsibility are:

• Growth and results: You are responsible for growth of service revenue by accelerating new sales, reducing customer churn and increasing average billing profitably.

• Offering, pricing and differentiation: You develop mobile and fixed broadband products, service packages and pricing, and build new ways to differentiate from competitors. The aim is to create added value for customers beyond connection speed and technology.

• Customer experience and business development: Using business data and customer insight, you identify the most important development opportunities, and you prioritise and deliver measures that improve customer experience and growth.

• Leading the business team: You lead the cross-functional business team of your business area, which includes experts in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, product development and finance. The role does not include direct line management responsibility.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercial leader who grasps the big picture, can make decisions based on data and can bring others along. You thrive in a role where leadership is combined with the need for your own hands-on work.

We expect you to have:

• A suitable university degree, for example a Master of Science in Economics or a Master of Science in Technology.

• Experience in leading commercial business and a track record of achieving results.

• Experience in commercial development of service offerings, pricing or customer relationships.

• An analytical approach and the ability to turn findings into decisions and actions.

• Experience in cross-functional leadership, excellent collaboration and influencing skills, and the ability to get things done.

We value experience in subscription business or other recurring-billing consumer services.

We use both Finnish and English as working languages, so we expect you to be able to work fluently in both languages.

At DNA we are curious to explore the opportunities that artificial intelligence brings to our work, and we value candidates' interest in this topic. Previous experience in using AI is therefore considered an advantage in all our roles.
