Senior Business Analyst (Solna or Malmö)

Reqcon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Initiative Driver for a business-critical IT assignment focusing on requirements management, project management and complex IT infrastructure.

The role combines responsibilities as a Business Analyst and project manager, where the emphasis between the areas may vary depending on the needs of the initiative. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and technical specialist functions and play an important role in creating structure, clarity and progress.

As a Business Analyst / Initiative Driver, you are responsible for identifying and analysing business needs and turning them into clear, verifiable and traceable requirements.

You also drive activities and initiatives forward through planning, coordination, risk management and follow-up. The role suits you if you are comfortable at the intersection of business and technology and can move between detailed requirements work and a more overarching project management perspective.

You will, among other things:

• Identify, analyse and turn business needs into clear and verifiable requirements

• Ensure traceability and quality of requirements throughout delivery

• Plan and lead workshops with business stakeholders, architects and technical specialists

• Drive requirements work from early need to verifiable delivery

• Work with accreditation-related activities and associated requirements

• Plan, coordinate and follow up activities within projects and initiatives

• Manage dependencies, risks and stakeholders

• Ensure progress in complex IT initiatives

• Be responsible for documentation, status reporting and follow-up

• Approximately 9-12 years of relevant experience and corresponding to competence level 4

• Documented experience of both requirements management and project management

• Experience from IT infrastructure environments

• Experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience of working closely with both business and technical specialist functions

• Experience of leading workshops

• Experience of driving requirements work from need to verifiable delivery

• Practice in coordinating activities and ensuring progress in complex IT initiatives

• Knowledge of accreditation

You are a senior and self-driven consultant who can quickly familiarise yourself with complex business and IT matters. You are structured and analytical, but also driving and used to getting different stakeholders to work towards the same goal.

You are comfortable in dialogue with both business and technical experts and can translate needs, requirements and technical conditions into clear activities and decision-making support.
